CANCELLATIONS AND OVERTIME
A 20% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be held by La Nu and will be reimbursed in the unlikely event that a model cancels. In the event that the photographer cancels, the following cancellation fees apply (minus deposit)
- Cancelling within 7 days of the booking will attract a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancelling within 72 hours of the booking will attract a 100% cancellation fee.
This cancellation fee can be waived if we can reschedule within the set tour dates, or if you find someone to take over your booking (references to be checked and approved by La Nu).
Overtime: You will be charged prorata if you shoot overtime. Your fee will not be prorated if you choose to end the shoot early.
Photographers booking outdoor shoots are expected to have a backup indoor location in case of unfavourable weather.
POLICIES ON PROFESSIONALISM AND COURTESY
aka The Ten Golden Rules:

- Photographers must discuss any alternative themes, genres, or limit requests beyond standard art nude (ie fetish, erotic etc) with the agency in writing – never directly with the model in any format before, during or after a shoot.
- No “pink/vagina” or “open leg” photographs/videos are ever allowed under any circumstances. Models may request the deletion of any images or videos that cross this boundary.
- Photographers must never discuss or engage in any sexual activity on or off camera/set.
- Only the hired model/s may be nude during the shoot; no one else is permitted to be nude at any time.
- All individuals present at the shoot must be approved by both the agency and the model, including assistants.
- Direct poses using verbal instructions, demonstration with your own body, or image references only. Touching the model is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
- Do not raise any conversations related to sexual activity, and refrain from making inappropriate comments or compliments about the model’s body and genitalia.
- Images, art, or videos cannot be published or sold on pornographic sites.
- Credit all photographic work to the model’s stage name; do not use their birth name given on the model release form under any circumstances.
- Remember the model is a human too! Be considerate of hot/cold conditions and check in with your model throughout the shoot.
