BASIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
CANCELLATIONS AND OVERTIME
A 20% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be held by La Nu and will be reimbursed in the unlikely event that a model cancels. In the event that the photographer cancels, the following cancellation fees apply (minus deposit)
- Cancelling within 7 days of the booking will attract a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancelling within 72 hours of the booking will attract a 100% cancellation fee.
This cancellation fee can be waived if we can reschedule within the set tour dates, or if you find someone to take over your booking (references to be checked and approved by La Nu).
Overtime: You will be charged prorata if you shoot overtime. Your fee will not be prorated if you choose to end the shoot early.
Photographers booking outdoor shoots are expected to have a backup indoor location in case of unfavourable weather.
POLICIES ON PROFESSIONALISM AND COURTESY
Under no circumstance will models engage in sexual activity on or off camera/set. No one at the shoot may be nude except for the hired model – including before and after the shoot. When directing posing; use verbal guidance and/or image references or try to demonstrate the pose yourself. Only as a last resort & always after requesting, if granted, may you touch the model as minimally as possible to apply something, assist or adjust the pose.
POLICIES ON USE OF IMAGERY
Under no circumstances will permission be given for images, art or videos to be published, branded or sold on sites that consider themselves a porn site. Nude art, images or videos should be credited to model’s Stage Name – never their birth name listed on the model release. Our models do not allow “pink/vagina” photographs or videos to be taken (no “open leg” photography/videos allowed – do not request this at any time). Our models reserve the right to ask shots to be deleted if they believe they aren’t within their boundaries.
